Program Management & Execution Guidance
Changes in business requirements and and the need to implement innovations are the impulse for the continuous change of IT landscapes and organizations.
This change is carried out by our customers on the basis of their IT strategy through extensive and complex IT programs. These programs cover a multitude of projects that affect wide sectors of the whole company and its business processes.
Assuring the success of these “business critical programs” is the objective of our consulting service “Program Management & Execution Guidance”.
Risk and Crisis Management
On behalf of the top management, we undertake the supervision and guidance of business critical programs as a neutral and independent authority as a risk precaution. Our tasks and activities in this context are 
Our consulting service “Guidance” also includes large projects where service contracts and agreements have been made between a customer (e.g. public authorities) and IT service integrator as a contractor.
In this constellation, we have taken this role in past projects either for the contractor or the customer or as a neutral third person for both.
We have accompanied projects both as risk prevention from the very start and with the function of restructuring and reorganization after a crisis situation. In the latter case, we had the function to conciliate as mediators between the contracting parties.
