Tasks

  • A Cloud Centre of Excellence CCoE is being set up to better coordinate and implement cloud offerings and services as well as cloud security throughout the company. A corresponding ramp-up project was launched to define working procedures, processes, etc. so that the CCoE can begin its work:
    • Recording and documenting the current processes of the various CCoE areas (consulting, management, security, architecture)
    • Coordinating the requirements with various stakeholders throughout the company
    • Review of interfaces to other systems and development of overarching processes (e.g. in relation to IT security and audit).

  • Improved and faster processing of cloud requests thanks to defined processes and clear responsibilities within the CCoE.
  • Standardised processes to reduce the error rate and ensure compliance with internal regulations.
