- Technical and methodological support in the collection and documentation of the current process and system landscape:
- Modelling and quality assurance of architectural representations and preparation of relevant information, e.g. applications, services, data management/data flow, infrastructure / interfaces (systems) / interfaces (people/organisations), security relevance, value contribution (business model, value chain), responsibilities of specialist departments, business capabilities and value streams
- Developing a target image for the future enterprise architecture, taking into account the strategic objectives:
- Business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, technology architecture.
- Designing and setting up enterprise architecture management governance
- Empowerment of the architecture roles
- Evaluating and defining the enterprise architecture toolchain
- Defining and establishing a company-wide architecture guideline
