- Design of One IT organisation and transition, CIO ad interim
- Assessing the current IT capabilities of the two IT organisations
- Defining the joint IT operating model and aligning the IT management processes to two global companies
- Post-merger challenge: developing a joint IT organisation, an implementation roadmap and a project organisation for the transition to a joint target structure. Developing a joint service catalogue.
- Interim CIO of the subsidiary organisation until the appointment of the Group CIO, Trusted Advisor CEO, new CIO
- Strategic portfolio management & project capability
- Initial assessment of currently active projects
- Design and implementation of demand management processes
- Creating and managing programmes and projects in the strategic project portfolio
- Provision of standard templates for PM, PPM and committees
