    • Assessing the current IT capabilities of the two IT organisations
    • Defining the joint IT operating model and aligning the IT management processes to two global companies
    • Post-merger challenge: developing a joint IT organisation, an implementation roadmap and a project organisation for the transition to a joint target structure. Developing a joint service catalogue.
    • Interim CIO of the subsidiary organisation until the appointment of the Group CIO, Trusted Advisor CEO, new CIO
  • Strategic portfolio management & project capability
    • Initial assessment of currently active projects
    • Design and implementation of demand management processes
    • Creating and managing programmes and projects in the strategic project portfolio
    • Provision of standard templates for PM, PPM and committees
