- Review of IT strategy and development of sub-strategies - including application landscape, data management, integration, operation support, and security. Preparation and guidance for the implementation of the defined IT (sub)strategies.
- Advising the CIO on the alignment and development of a global IT organisation incl. EAM perspective for the company's globally growing business areas.
- Design and operationalisation of demand and portfolio management and reporting
- Interim role as portfolio manager
- Coaching / support of future role owners
- Collaboration with IT Service Management in the integration of demand processes in ServiceNow
- Interim responsibility for IT Business Partner role in selected, critical cases
- Collaboration with other IT management functions (e.g. EAM) and other workstreams
- Agile project management and improvement of the organisation's project capability
