  • Development and management of enterprise architecture management and appointment to the architecture board of the parent company, definition and planning of the target enterprise architecture (applications, processes, technologies and data)
  • Integration of international company acquisitions
  • IT due diligence audits as part of various international company mergers and acquisitions
  • Post-merger activities for IT and application integration
