- IT Controlling Cloud Migration
- As part of the cloud strategy, the customer migrates its global server landscape to the Azure cloud in a lift & shift approach:
- Establishing financial project reporting for current / intermediate / future mode of operation,
- Providing support in setting up a future-proof cloud charging model for group-wide billing
- The recharging model for global cloud services (based on Azure, AWS) had to be restructured due to the implementation of FinOps cost optimisation measures (reservations, savings plans, rightsizing)
- IT controlling - consulting and management ad interim
- Controlling of global cloud services and projects (Azure, AWS)
- Supporting the monthly closing of the division (accruals, variance analyses)
- Optimising the implementation of control processes for the division to create budgets, rolling forecasts, reporting, variance analyses
- Optimising IT project portfolio controlling
